1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Caravan (the “Service”), operated by Developer Box Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caravan is a free, web-based group trip planning platform that allows users to collaborate on itineraries, track shared expenses, assign tasks, and access an AI travel assistant. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Transmit spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service, including trip itineraries, expense records, and task descriptions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Developer Box Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and its accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Caravan name, logo, software, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Developer Box Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer Box Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page and notify users via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
